One shared credit balance pays for generation, narration and exports. Review the complete quote before starting. We reserve its maximum cost, charge successful work and release unused credits. Failed outputs are not charged.

Prices default to USD. Use the currency toggle on pricing or account billing to choose INR; your browser remembers the choice. Checkout and manual renewals charge in the selected currency at these fixed prices.

INR regular prices are proposed list prices, not claims about historical selling prices. Listed prices apply to monthly renewals. No annual discount. There is no extra bonus pool. Each plan covers one account.
Paid allowances reset at the billing-month boundary. Purchased credits and balances held before the new catalog are preserved. Jobs already in progress finish before unused monthly credits expire; no new jobs can spend the expired allowance.

Exports use 30fps and explicit output dimensions. Charges are prorated by duration, rounded up to whole credits, with a five-credit minimum. Reference images and extra model work appear in the quote. Premium generation, regeneration and longer inputs consume more credits.
A one-minute standard video with four images, roughly 1,000 narration characters, 17 credits of scripting/vision and one 1080p export uses about 80 credits. That represents roughly 12 / 35 / 75 / 156 minutes per paid allowance. These examples are not additional video quotas.

Reaching a project/storage limit blocks additions without deleting existing work. Feature availability remains subject to launch verification; an unavailable model is explicitly rejected before generation.
Support
Free includes help documentation. Basic includes email support with a two-business-day response target. Pro includes priority email with a one-business-day target. Plus includes priority technical support with an eight-business-hour target and one onboarding session. Enterprise includes a named support contact, a four-business-hour target, 30-minute onboarding and one scheduled 30-minute session each month.
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm IST, excluding holidays. These are response targets, not resolution guarantees. Team seats and dedicated account managers are outside these plans.

Do Free credits refill?
Free receives 200 credits once. Paid allowances reset each billing month without rollover.
Does editing use credits?
Manual editing and downloading an existing export are free. Regenerating an image, narration or export uses credits again.
